Client shall pay Attorney for the legal services provided hereunder at an hourly rate of $200 per hour for partner/owner attorneys; $150 per hour for associate attorneys; $150 per hour for senior paralegals; and $60 per hour for paralegals. Charges shall be billed in increments of one tenth of an hour and rounded up to the nearest one-tenth of an hour, with a .2 hour minimum charge. Hourly fees hereunder may be changed upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to Client. Client shall be billed no more frequently than monthly for all Attorneys’ fees and costs if legal services are being provided on an ongoing basis. In all other cases, Client shall be billed at the conclusion of each project or matter, as determined by Attorney. Client agrees that they shall be liable for, and shall pay late fees of 1.5% per month on any Overdue balance. A balance is Overdue on the 16th calendar day after the billing date shown on the invoice face, and the late fees specified above shall begin to accrue as of the original invoice date. Failure of Attorney to fully enforce these provisions for late fees shall not operate to waive late fees unless Client receives a written statement of waiver from Attorney.
